Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care items, and opened consumables are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
